Development in Thermomix:
first sugar is sprayed, then pours into the glass the rest of ingredients except raisins and mix at speed four and a half a minute (with half the ingredients to speed two half, two minutes) after incorporating the raisins and scheduled two more minutes on speed spike. Ensuring that all ingredients are well integrated. The other development is the same.

Knead a few minutes ... and if we have exactly the dimensions and weights of the list, the mass we have to look like:

How To Wax Underarms With Veet Strips
N Christmas. Time waste and gluttony. Time to 'pay on gifts. Shopping shopping and more shopping. And if after all we still have some euro ... and the wise men come from the East and then sales to end loose pennies we have left in your pocket. Part of the game, are days of consumerism and tradition, joy and depression, obligations, family celebrations, lights, ornaments, gifts ... Christmas is sweet.
Today I plan on spoilers. Sorry. It turns out that during these days of Christmas shopping I have seen much fur coat exposed for sale, so I hasten to add this powerful medium that is Internet to put my two cents and say No to Fur!
In Austria, Croatia, United Kingdom and Switzerland banned fur farms, but there are six thousand spread over Europe. Living conditions in which animals are kept in these farms are disastrous. During his short life remain crammed in narrow metal cages. Mink, animals in nature are very lonely, self-mutilating biting the legs and tail of the stress that brings overcrowding. The method is also very cruel slaughter, are electrocuted or gassed to not leave marks on the skin. Marcela Kloosterboer
holds in his hands a skinned fox but not really (top photo) is a simulation, as well as videos that show. The photographs and real images circulating on the network are very difficult to bear but it is the harsh reality . This is the process that animals suffer in captivity:
On the other hand, the Canadian government allows annual meeting of hunters exterminate sticks over 350,000 offspring in harp seals in Canada, many of them are skinned alive, leaving mutilated and seriously injuring thousands. I put this link if anyone wants to sign against the killing of these beautiful animals: https: / / secure.peta.org / site / Advocacy? cmd = display & page = & id = 2929 useraction
are needed for a single coat , 20 foxes, 60 rabbits, 70 mink, 8 seals, 250 squirrels, 8 dogs, 30 cats and 300 chinchillas like this to make 'one fur coat '.
skins
Buy certified 'organic' simply means that the animals used were bred farms and are not endangered. But neither cruelty nor take away 'green' because the skins are treated with highly toxic.
Spain is the third country in consumption mink coats. Data is striking given its warm . Curious is not it? Man dressed in old skins to keep warm, but for thousands of years out of the caves and are no longer needed, it is time to evolve. Perhaps
feel angry ridicule against the use of animal skins and at the same time crazy for a steak with pepper. No I'm going to be a hypocrite, can not be ignored nor the suffering of animals for human consumption, especially in those sectors industrialize production. I still think they are different things, the use of fur is not by necessity, only for him and show, is an unnecessary luxury.
This video is recorded in Barcelona Portal del Angel. Thankfully there are groups like http://www.animanaturalis.org / that move to draw attention to the issue and make people think:
Cruelty can never be smart. elegance is not the dress, but we put gold and silver lace, string of pearls or python bag with jingle bells. No one is more elegant with an expensive perfume or fur coat or a brillantón finger. The elegance is in the attitude and the essence of the person.
Just because you have someone who after reading this will think twice before buying a fur coat, I will be satisfied.
Skins ... no thanks!

M ost say that the secret to a good kibble is in the bechamel. Okay, but also a good kibble for me to bite is one that is clearly identifiable within him filling without the need to ask what it is made. My cakes are all meat with the flavor of the broth from the pot and thus I do:
RECIPE
Ingredients:
(For 40 patties)
For the filling: ½
kilo of meat from the pot (chicken, beef, bacon, etc.).
ham For the bechamel:
130 gr. serrano ham, cut into small pieces
1 medium onion 4 tablespoons oil 4 tablespoons
flour ½ pint of milk (or broth and milk 50%) 1 knob of butter
1 teaspoon (dessert)
salt 1 pinch pepper 1 pinch
grated nutmeg (optional) Oil
To wrap the croquettes:
2 eggs 250 gr. breadcrumbs A little flour
frying sunflower oil
For follow:
lettuce and tomato, baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, etc.
off the bones meats broth (Chicken, beef rib, pork belly) building attached to the ham ham bone, if any. Discard skin and excess fat, but we are left with a little bacon bacon. With kitchen scissors chop everything. Reserve.
2 .- In a large pot or pan will the chopped onion with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and leave on low heat for about 15 minutes or until translucent. Then add the ham and let 'sweat' a couple of minutes. Add the knob of butter and 4 tablespoons of flour, sauté a couple of minutes to toast slightly, then We will gradually add the warm milk. Salt, pepper, add-if we like, and a pinch of nutmeg and stir constantly until thickened bechamel in approximately 8 to 10 minutes over low heat.
3 .- Mix well meat with white sauce, cover them and let the cool completely.
4 .- After cooling the mass, we shape croquette with two spoons or your hands to spend it the flour, then egg and then coated with the bread crumbs in that order.
5 .- Finally fry the patties in a skillet with oil until golden.
The Recap:
let go all meat from bones and chop them with scissors. A tip: The closer the bowl or bowl, chop faster. I've done in a large bowl so you could see better, but I took more time ...
Once we poached onion, add the ham ...
After mixing the flour and sauté a couple of minutes.
Then add the warm milk gradually. It is important that is not too cold or too hot, but 'warm' as I said before, so avoid the annoying lumps.
must stir constantly until thickened.
Over time (8-10 minutes) is to this aspect. When we see that the white sauce sticks to the spoon and will.
Now mix the ground beef with bechamel ...
When the dough has cooled down, we shape of kibble. The pass flour to give consistency ...
beaten egg then ...
and finally by breadcrumbs.
Salen croquette forty or so. Not bad. At this point you can freeze. This requires placing them in a flat in the freezer, without touching each other. Once completely frozen, place all together in a plastic bag or tupperware. And they can be fried without thawing directly.
The last step is to fry them in oil "more oil" than I have put here, that would be correct. I fried them with little because I never reusing the oil pan but I recognize that not to do so. kibble
The word comes from the French 'croquette': short for 'croquer' (crack)
Mmmmm .. ça me fait tourner la tête!
Bon appetite!
