Days Counter With The Pinkie

Y. .. 'Bones Fest' Happy holidays!

L you days before Christmas are always busy . Everything must be ready and perfect: perfect Mesa, delicious lunch or dinner ... Gifts, Christmas tree, mistletoe in the doorway, sequins, limelight, open fire ... And if it snows, the better.

Every year I make these cookies for Christmas gifts. They are ideal for sweetening special moments. I wish them happy holidays and that your wishes are fulfilled . RECIPE



Ingredients:
(For 100 cookies)

For the dough: 800 gr
. flour 1 envelope yeast
Royal
300 gr. of icing sugar (fine)
300 gr.
melted butter 2 eggs (whole, yolk and white)
The grated rind of an orange
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons
the dessert of vanilla powder or vanilla extract 8 tablespoons liquid
juice
orange 6 tablespoons currants (seedless)
10 tablespoons Cointreau (orange liqueur)

To paint cookies:
1 or 2 egg yolks


Prepared
1 .- First we will put the raisins soak liquor orange. The leave for a while while we prepare the remaining ingredients. Advance Heat oven to 180 º
2 .- Prepare, measure and weigh all the ingredients list. Sift or pass through a sieve the flour with yeast and sugar. We added cinnamon and give way to the volcano. Flour the surface of marble with a rolling pin flatten the dough leaving a ½ cm thick. approx. With the help of a cup of coffee or any mold we shape and place on a greased baking tray with a few drops of oil or butter.
4 .- with egg yolk and brush painted kitchen and bake cookies at 180 degrees to heat up and down for about 15 minutes. The time will vary for each oven, but I recommend having a look at ten minutes to avoid surprises. As can be golden brown and remove.


Development in Thermomix:
