Where Can I Buy A Piece Of Corrian

CREAM OF SQUASH WITH

I hope you like the cream of zucchini from my house. RECIPE

Serves 4 bowls: 3 medium zucchini (700 gr. Approx.) / ½ medium onion (150 gr. Approx.) / 2 cloves garlic / 6 pieces of cheese or half portions terrine cream cheese / 1 cup milk ½ / 1 ½ cups of broth or water with half a pill and bouillon / 2 tablespoons of butter / 3 tablespoons of oil / salt and pepper / / Toasts sobrasada bread.

Prepared
1 .- 'll wash the zucchini and cut off slices discarding the ends.
2 .- Pelaremos and chop the onion and garlic. We'll put in a pot with the oil and butter and sauté over medium-low heat about 10 minutes. Over time you also add the zucchini cook for about 12 or 15 minutes on medium heat.
3 .- Then add the liquid to the pot, the same amount of milk broth: a half cup of milk plus one-half cup of water and a pill and a half of vegetable stock or poultry . Raise the fire and when it boils we go down trying to have a constant simmer for 25 minutes. Salt, pepper, although this case should not add salt as it has the stock cubes.
4 .- Some time we'll take the cheeses, we will give a boil for a couple of minutes and crush with the electric arm.

Done. Cream served with toasts of bread smeared with sobrasada.

The Media Summary

onions, three medium zucchini and garlic are the ingredients two protagonists.

chop ...

... and saute with olive oil and butter the onion and garlic in the same pot where we will make the cream.

Then enter that zucchini ...

After about 15 minutes. I'll milk and broth (or water) in equal parts.

This time I did not used homemade stock, I ran out and I turned to pills. As you can see I'm not too purist. Anyway we should not have hobbies with these pills, it's just 'salt' with some taste. Does not have to spend anything if used in moderation.

'll let simmer 25 minutes ...

Pour the cheese into pieces ...

Grind ...

... and serve the cream.

Finally we spread some toasted bread with sobrasada. I recommend the other day with cheese probeis 'Cabrales' are awesome!

And enjoy.

Bon Profit!
