Small Sore Spot On Scalp

CAVA WITH GRAPES AND MUSHROOMS

RECIPE

Ingredients for 4 people: 4 chicken thighs (with thighs) halved / 1 bunch of grapes / 250 gr. mushrooms / 200 ml. or 1 glass of champagne / 200 ml. or 1 cup vegetable broth, poultry, or water with 1 bouillon cube dissolved / a little flour / olive oil / salt / pepper / / Accompaniment: fries or white rice or mashed potatoes.

Preparation: 1 .-
Season the chicken thighs, we spent a little flour and brown them in a pot with 7 tablespoons olive oil.
2 .- Then dip the chicken with champagne, we hope to evaporate the alcohol 2 or 3 minutes and add broth or water with dissolved bouillon cube. Salt and pepper and let it cook for 20 minutes.
3 .- wash, deseed grapes and reserve.
4 .- wash, laminate and fry in a pan with some oil the mushrooms for about 5 minutes or until water has evaporated sometimes tend to drop. Reserve.
5 .- In a cup mix a tablespoon of flour with half a cup of liquid from the pan, dissolve it and pour it back into the saucepan, add the grapes and mushrooms, and let a very low heat another 10 or 12 minutes to blend flavors. Aside and serve with fries, mashed or rice accompaniment.
