CHICKEN SALAD cabbage and LAMB

Today I bring a little lamb on the grill and a cabbage salad dressed with a mustard vinaigrette as you put the 'salad grapes and cheese ' the other day, but mild taste of rosemary. Lamb and cabbage combine great, I hope you enjoy it. RECIPE



Ingredients for 4: cabbage ½ / 12 michanas lamb / 2 branches of rosemary / a handful of pinion 3 tablespoons sesame / salt / pepper / / For the vinaigrette: ½ cup olive oil flavored with rosemary / 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or whole bean / 2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon / 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional) / salt / pepper.

Prepared
1 .- First flavored oil. We will just over a half cup of olive oil in a saucepan or frying pan with the rosemary, it will warm over low heat a few minutes and let cool at all without taking off the twigs. With this oil will make the vinaigrette and grilled meat.
2 .- To make the vinaigrette first mix the mustard, vinegar or lemon, honey or sugar, cinnamon (if you set it), salt and pepper and whisk while you go slowly pouring oil flavored with rosemary that we have to integrate it all. Reserve.
3 .- Finely chop the cabbage, place it on an ample supply, add the sesame oil and toasted pine nuts and dressed with vinaigrette.
4 .- We will put a bit of rosemary oil on a griddle or frying pan and make the meat grilled seasoned boneless previously.
5 .- For the emplatado will place the lamb chops over a base of cabbage and decorate with a little chopped rosemary.
